okwn Terms and Conditions

1.1 — Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, "okwn", "we", "us" or "platform" refers to the entity operating the okwn gaming services. "User", "player" or "you" refers to any person who accesses or uses the okwn website, mobile application or any related services. "Services" refers to all online gaming, betting and entertainment facilities provided by okwn.

1.2 — Applicability of Terms

These terms and conditions, together with okwn's privacy policy, responsible gaming policy and other applicable rules, form a complete agreement. Creating an account by concealing age information is a serious violation and may result in immediate account closure.

2.2 — Single Account Policy

Only one okwn account is permitted per individual, family or household. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, the following actions will be taken:

• All associated accounts will be immediately suspended or closed.
• All bonuses and promotional benefits will be cancelled.
• Any deposited balance will be subject to review and determination.

2.3 — Accuracy of Account Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful and accurate. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any deposited funds. If your contact details change, you must update them in your account settings without delay.

3.1 — Deposit Rules

• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.
• Funds will not be added to your gaming balance until the deposit has been successfully verified.

3.2 — Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals will be made only to the same account and via the same method used for the deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal can be made.
• Winnings from bonuses must meet the relevant bonus wagering requirements before withdrawal.

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

okwn offers new players a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus. A wagering requirement of 15x applies to the bonus. That means if you deposit ৳2,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳30,000 in bets before withdrawing.

4.2 — General Bonus Terms

• Each user may use each promotional offer only once.
• If wagering requirements are not met within the specified bonus validity period, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• okwn reserves the right to modify or cancel any existing promotional offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or fraud is found, the account may be closed and all funds forfeited.

5.1 — Fair Play Policy

okwn is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. All game outcomes are determined entirely through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Any attempt to influence game outcomes using software, bots or automation is strictly prohibited.

5.2 — List of Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are completely prohibited on okwn:

• Any form of fraud, deception or hacking attempt.
• Attempting to earn bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Placing bets in the name of or on behalf of a third party.
• Running automated gaming using software or bots.
• Harassing or disrespecting other users.
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform.

6.1 — VIP Tiers and Cashback

okwn operates a loyalty rewards program across five VIP tiers. The weekly cashback benefit for each tier is described below:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

6.2 — VIP Tier Change Conditions

VIP tiers are determined based on players' gaming activity and loyalty. okwn reserves the right to review, upgrade or change a player's VIP tier at any time at its own discretion. Cashback funds may be withdrawn directly or added to the gaming balance, in accordance with the rules applicable at the relevant time.

7.1 — okwn's Rights

okwn reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances: any breach of these terms; evidence of suspected fraud or money laundering; identification of false or misleading information provided; receipt of a court or regulatory authority directive; or the need to ensure the security of the platform.

7.2 — Voluntary Account Closure

8.1 — Use of Personal Information
